It looks like you have a few wireless access points which are running on different wireless channels. This is making it hard for you Sonos units to stay connected, which is likely why the audio is cutting out.
Please try changing your wireless access points over to wireless channel 11 and see if that helps. Also, with mesh systems like your Ubiquiti system it is often best to switch the Sonos system over to a Boost setup by wiring in one of your Sonos units to your main router. This puts the Sonos system on its own wireless network and can help with stability.
If it's not convenient to wire in one of your speakers due to location, a Boost is a great way to provide that wired connection. Why is this happing all the sudden?!! I can't even make it through one song.
My diagnostic confirmation number is: There are some wireless communication errors showing up between your Sonos units. This is most often caused by wireless interference, and is likely the reason for the cutting out.

You can find contact information HERE. View solution in original post. I found out what actually did the trick, at least in my case. I have an Echo Dot, and when the Dot is connected to the speaker, it causes the sound to go in and out on any other device that I connect to it.
The reset only worked because it disconnected from the Echo. If you have an Echo, just say "Alexa, disconnect from bluetooth speaker," and it'll do the trick. It'll automatically reconnect the next time you turn on the Bose. The support sucks if you can ever get through or find their number. This company is awful!!! Any sort of email or number I can call and ask some questions or figure out what we can do?
What I ended up doing was filling out a service request and because it was new enough they had me send it in and going to send a different one to see if that fixed the problem after we walked through all the possible troubleshooting. Any idea what could be causing this?Batteries degrade over time. If the power light fails to illuminate and the speaker won't make any noise the battery may be dead. Open the device and replace the battery. Wear to the power cable may cause it to fail. If the cable exhibits signs of wear and the device fails to charge, try using a new cable to see if the device will charge.
Charging port on the device may be broken due to wear.
[Solved] Bluetooth Speaker keeps disconnecting in Windows 10
Disassemble the device and replace the charging port. Another device may be connected to the speaker. Check for nearby devices and unpair them, then try to pair your preferred device again.
You can force an unpair by reseting the device to factory defaults. See below how to do this. The Bluetooth chip in the device may be damaged. A damaged chip will prevent the device from pairing via Bluetooth. Disassemble the device and replace the Bluetooth chip. Check the power light on the device to make sure it's maintaining power. If the device loses power quickly after charging, the battery should be replace.
If there is a buzzing or rattling sound, disassemble the device and make sure that all screws surrounding the speakers are tightened. Loose screws may contribute to audio buzzing.
Inspect the speaker for cracks or debris. If the speaker is damaged, disassemble the device and replace the speaker. If the power light is illuminated, but the speaker makes no sound, disassemble the device and verify that the wire connecting the speaker to the mainboard is intact. Make sure that the Aux In cable is seated properly and has a steady connection.
If the Aux In connection has persistent issues, it may be damaged. Open the device and replace the connector. The button may be stuck. Turn off the device and lightly press the button for several seconds.
Attempt to unstick the button by gently pressing it repeatedly. If the button fails to respond or responds only intermittently, disassemble the device and inspect the rubber membrane and contacts for wear, Replace as necessary.
Disassemble the JBL Xtreme and clear any debris around the buttons, membranes, and contacts. My speaker Buzz is real hard on the right side when the bass hits.

I wouldnt bother bro, getting a new one bro. Get a different speaker as jbl seem to just be a problem for most people.
